Lead generation 20 Sep 2026 5 min read

Build niche lists that convert

A wide scrape looks busy and replies almost never. Tight niches, clear stages, and a list you actually send to win the week.

Lead generation on LeadHunting starts with a niche, not a dump of every profile you can find. Categories keep outbound targeting readable. The pipeline then shows who is new, who is in conversation, and who is ready for a list.

Filter before you collect

Pick the category that matches the offer. A list of 80 people in one niche will outperform 800 mixed contacts that never get a relevant email. The board is there so stages stay honest as you work the same set.

From board to list

When a lead is qualified, add them to an email list in one step. That is a Pro leads-suite path: LinkedIn-style search, pipeline, niches, then “add to email list”. Starter and Growth focus on email first. Upgrade when the board is the bottleneck, not the inbox.

  • Keep one niche per campaign so copy stays specific.
  • Move stages as you talk. Do not leave won leads in new.
  • Only push people you will actually email this week.
